If you're sober, detoxing, or just health conscious, partake of the Après Yoga & Stretch ($20 per person) fitness class that incorporates gentle movements designed to soothe and rejuvenate aching muscles. You also have the option of unwinding with a soothing Après-Ski Recovery treatment ($275 per person for an 80-minute spa treatment), which returns tight muscles to peak condition. Take home a gift of Arnica Turmeric Joint formula with extracts of ginger and frankincense.
No matter what you choose to do during and after skiing, you'll probably be hungry and ready to dine at the resort’s signature restaurant, Manzanita. If staying the weekend, don't miss Sunday Brunch ($59 per adult, $19 unlimited sparkling wine and mimosas) from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. featuring chilled seafood, carving station, salads, cheese and charcuterie, along with breakfast favorites and decadent desserts.

Romantics and stargazers will love the Winter Stargazing Snowshoe Tour ($63 per adult plus $21 snow shoe rental fee) on December 21, December 28, January 14 and February 11 (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) guided by local star guide and poet, Tony Berendsen. The tour includes an educational presentation, a laser tour of the constellations, telescopic viewing, poetry reading, and more on the back patio of The Ritz-Carlton.
